Per vehicle, not per head
Most operators charge group journeys by the head. We do not: you pay a fixed price for the vehicle, and whether two or six people get in makes no difference. The fuller the van, the cheaper the ride becomes for each person. The table below shows both – the price you actually pay, and what that works out at per person.
What a group transfer costs
| From Zurich Airport to | Sedan (up to 3) | Van (up to 6) | Per person in the van |
|---|---|---|---|
| central Zurich | CHF 80.- | CHF 90.- | CHF 15 |
| Winterthur | CHF 110.- | CHF 120.- | CHF 20 |
| Uster | CHF 90.- | CHF 100.- | CHF 17 |
| Zug | CHF 170.- | CHF 180.- | CHF 30 |
| Baden AG | CHF 130.- | CHF 140.- | CHF 23 |
| Schaffhausen | CHF 170.- | CHF 180.- | CHF 30 |
| Rapperswil | CHF 210.- | CHF 220.- | CHF 37 |
| Lucerne | CHF 270.- | CHF 280.- | CHF 47 |
| Kreuzlingen | CHF 320.- | CHF 330.- | CHF 55 |
Fixed price per vehicle for a one-way trip, including luggage and night, weekend and public-holiday rides. The right-hand column is only a conversion at full occupancy; what is invoiced is always the vehicle. Every other town is in the full price list.
Which group size needs which vehicle

7 passengers and more

How your airport pickup works
1. Book before you fly
Send us your flight number, arrival time, destination and number of passengers by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. You receive a written confirmation with the fixed price.
2. We track your flight
If your flight lands early or late, we adjust the pickup time automatically. You never pay extra for a delay.
3. Meet & greet
After customs, your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign, helps with your luggage and walks you to the car.
Who travels with us as a group
Families heading on holiday or to a ski resort with suitcases, ski bags and a pushchair. Company teams arriving together for an event in Zurich who would rather not turn up in three separate taxis. Wedding parties collecting several guests from the airport on the same day. And tour groups where one person books and everybody else simply gets in.
For companies: one invoice instead of six receipts
When a team travels, nobody wants to collect six receipts. Companies run an account with us: rides go on a monthly invoice with the date, route and passenger name on each line, and the guest pays nothing and signs nothing in the car. How that works is on the corporate accounts page.
What is included in the fixed price
- Pickup in the arrivals hall at Zurich Airport (ZRH) with a name sign
- 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing
- Live flight tracking – no extra charge if your flight is delayed
- Luggage, night, weekend and public-holiday rides at the same price
- Child seats on request, free of charge
- Payment in cash, by card, or by invoice for companies
Group transfers and the large taxi van
From four passengers on, a sedan gets tight and two taxis cost twice as much. For groups we send the Mercedes V-Class: six seats and a separate luggage area for suitcases, ski bags, a pushchair or golf bags. The van costs exactly CHF 10 more than the sedan on every route – for the whole vehicle, not per person. At Zurich Airport that is the difference between everyone travelling together and hunting for two cars at the taxi rank.
For company events, club outings, weddings and family trips we arrange a group transfer with several vehicles that leave together and arrive together. More about the vehicle and the prices on the large taxi van page.
Frequently asked questions
How many people fit in one vehicle?
Six passengers plus the driver in the Mercedes V-Class, with a separate luggage area for suitcases, ski bags, a pushchair or golf bags. The sedan takes up to three. From seven passengers we send several vehicles that leave together and arrive together.
What does a group transfer cost per person?
The price is for the vehicle, not per person. With a full van that works out at roughly CHF 15 to CHF 55 a head depending on the destination: Winterthur is CHF 120 for the van, about CHF 20 each; central Zurich is CHF 90, about CHF 15 each.
Is the van much more expensive than the sedan?
No, exactly CHF 10 more on any route. Two sedans cost twice the fare. From four passengers on, the van is almost always the cheaper option.
Can you move a group of 12 or 20?
Yes. We send the right number of vehicles, agree one departure time and keep the drivers in contact so that the group arrives together. For company events and tour groups we quote for all the vehicles in advance.
How do we find you at the airport as a group?
Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name or the name of the group. The first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are free, which is enough time for everyone to clear passport control and collect their bags.
Can I book from abroad before my trip?
Yes. Most of our international guests book by WhatsApp or e-mail before they travel. Send us your flight number, arrival time, destination and number of passengers, and we confirm the fixed price in writing. We reply in English and German.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight number live and adjust the pickup time to the actual landing. You get 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing, and there is no charge for delays.
Where do I meet the driver at Zurich Airport?
In the arrivals hall after customs. Your chauffeur holds a sign with your name, helps with your luggage and takes you to the car.
How do I pay?
In cash, by credit card, or by invoice for companies. The price is fixed in advance and does not change on the way.
