How your airport pickup works
1. Book before you fly
Send us your flight number, arrival time, destination and number of passengers by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. You receive a written confirmation with the fixed price.
2. We track your flight
If your flight lands early or late, we adjust the pickup time automatically. You never pay extra for a delay.
3. Meet & greet
After customs, your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign, helps with your luggage and walks you to the car.
Villas, hotels and company addresses on the lake
Many of our guests on this shore are business travellers heading to a company in Zollikon or Küsnacht, families arriving at a holiday home, or hotel guests in Meilen and Stäfa. Your chauffeur knows the small lakeside roads, so you are dropped at the door rather than at the nearest station, and we can collect you again for the return flight at the same fixed price.
How long does the drive take?
From Zurich Airport the drive along the lake takes about 25 minutes to Zollikon and Küsnacht, roughly 30 minutes to Erlenbach and Herrliberg, and 35 to 45 minutes to Meilen and Stäfa. We follow your flight live, so an early or late landing simply moves the pickup time – there is never a surcharge for a delay.

Group transfers and the large taxi van
From four passengers on, a sedan gets tight and two taxis cost twice as much. For groups we send the Mercedes V-Class: six seats and a separate luggage area for suitcases, ski bags, a pushchair or golf bags. The van costs exactly CHF 10 more than the sedan on every route – for the whole vehicle, not per person. At Zurich Airport that is the difference between everyone travelling together and hunting for two cars at the taxi rank.

How much is a taxi from Zurich Airport to Küsnacht?
CHF 90 in a sedan for up to 3 passengers and CHF 100 in a van for up to 7. Herrliberg costs CHF 110, Meilen CHF 130 and Stäfa CHF 150. All prices are fixed and include luggage.
Do you also drive from the Gold Coast to the airport?
Yes, and the price is identical in both directions. For an early flight we pick you up at home at any hour, including 4 a.m., and you can book the return ride together with your arrival.
Can I book from abroad before my trip?
Yes. Most of our international guests book by WhatsApp or e-mail before they travel. Send us your flight number, arrival time, destination and number of passengers, and we confirm the fixed price in writing. We reply in English and German.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight number live and adjust the pickup time to the actual landing. You get 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing, and there is no charge for delays.
Where do I meet the driver at Zurich Airport?
In the arrivals hall after customs. Your chauffeur holds a sign with your name, helps with your luggage and takes you to the car.
How do I pay?
In cash, by credit card, or by invoice for companies. The price is fixed in advance and does not change on the way.
