Send us your flight number, arrival time, destination and number of passengers by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. You receive a written confirmation with the fixed price.
2. We track your flight
If your flight lands early or late, we adjust the pickup time automatically. You never pay extra for a delay.
3. Meet & greet
After customs, your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign, helps with your luggage and walks you to the car.

Business meetings in Zurich
For meetings in the financial district we can wait during your appointment or collect you again later and take you back to the airport. Companies can pay by monthly invoice. Our chauffeurs are discreet and punctual, and our cars are well kept.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a taxi from Zurich Airport to the city centre?
Rides of up to 15 km start at a fixed CHF 80. That covers the city centre, the main station, Bahnhofstrasse and the old town. We confirm the exact price for your address when you book.
Is the train not faster?
The train is quick if you travel light. With luggage, children or a late arrival, a door-to-door transfer is more comfortable: no platforms, no changes and no walk from the station to your hotel.
Can I book from abroad before my trip?
Yes. Most of our international guests book by WhatsApp or e-mail before they travel. Send us your flight number, arrival time, destination and number of passengers, and we confirm the fixed price in writing. We reply in English and German.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight number live and adjust the pickup time to the actual landing. You get 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing, and there is no charge for delays.
Where do I meet the driver at Zurich Airport?
In the arrivals hall after customs. Your chauffeur holds a sign with your name, helps with your luggage and takes you to the car.
How do I pay?
In cash, by credit card, or by invoice for companies. The price is fixed in advance and does not change on the way.
