From the baggage belt to the ski lift
Reaching a Swiss ski resort by train is possible, but hard work with equipment: airport station, Zurich main station, a change in Landquart or Chur, then a mountain railway and a local bus – every time with a ski bag, boots and suitcases across platforms and escalators. We do the whole journey in one go. You get into the car in the arrivals hall and get out in front of your hotel.

Room for the whole family and all the gear
A family with four pairs of skis, helmets and suitcases does not fit into a sedan. For that we send the Mercedes V-Class van: six seats and a separate luggage area where ski bags lie flat instead of standing between your knees. The van costs exactly CHF 10 more than the sedan on every route – for the whole vehicle, not per person. Child seats are free; just tell us the age and height of the children.
Snow, passes and weather
From October to April we drive on winter tyres and carry snow chains. If there is heavy snowfall or a pass is closed, we take the alternative route – into the Engadine via the Vereina car train rather than over the Julier pass, for example – and tell you about the longer drive time in advance. The fixed price stays the same.
How your airport pickup works
1. Book before you fly
Send us your flight number, arrival time, destination and number of passengers by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. You receive a written confirmation with the fixed price.
2. We track your flight
If your flight lands early or late, we adjust the pickup time automatically. You never pay extra for a delay.
3. Meet & greet
After customs, your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign, helps with your luggage and walks you to the car.
A night in Zurich first
Many guests land in the evening and would rather not drive into the mountains that night. We take you to your hotel in Zurich or Winterthur first and on to the resort the next morning. We also drive single ski days: early pickup, waiting time on site, return in the evening, as a flat day rate.

Group transfers and the large taxi van
From four passengers on, a sedan gets tight and two taxis cost twice as much. For groups we send the Mercedes V-Class: six seats and a separate luggage area for suitcases, ski bags, a pushchair or golf bags. The van costs exactly CHF 10 more than the sedan on every route – for the whole vehicle, not per person. At Zurich Airport that is the difference between everyone travelling together and hunting for two cars at the taxi rank.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a ski transfer from Zurich Airport?
The price is per vehicle, not per person: Davos CHF 720, St. Moritz CHF 890, Engelberg CHF 420, Interlaken CHF 620, Gstaad CHF 870. For Arosa, Lenzerheide, Laax, Flumserberg, Andermatt, Zermatt or Verbier we send you the fixed price on request, usually within a few minutes.
Can you carry skis, snowboards and ski bags?
Yes. Tell us how many ski, board and luggage items you have when you book. Up to three passengers with equipment travel in the sedan; for four to six passengers we send the van with a separate luggage area, which costs only CHF 10 more.
Do you drive on winter tyres?
All our cars run on winter tyres from October to April and carry snow chains. Our chauffeurs drive the routes to Davos, the Engadine and the Bernese Oberland regularly and know the passes in snowfall.
Can you pick us up again at the end of the week?
Yes, at the same fixed price. We collect you at your hotel or apartment on departure day and bring you back to Zurich in time for check-in. You can book both directions in one order.
When should I book for the ski season?
As early as you can. Christmas, New Year, the February half-term weeks and the WEF week in Davos are the peak periods, when vehicles are scarce across the region. Booking in autumn gets you the pickup time you want.
Can I book from abroad before my trip?
Yes. Most of our international guests book by WhatsApp or e-mail before they travel. Send us your flight number, arrival time, destination and number of passengers, and we confirm the fixed price in writing. We reply in English and German.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight number live and adjust the pickup time to the actual landing. You get 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing, and there is no charge for delays.
Where do I meet the driver at Zurich Airport?
In the arrivals hall after customs. Your chauffeur holds a sign with your name, helps with your luggage and takes you to the car.
How do I pay?
In cash, by credit card, or by invoice for companies. The price is fixed in advance and does not change on the way.
