Before you fly
Send us your flight number, the arrival date and time, the exact destination address and the number of passengers and suitcases. You receive a written confirmation with the fixed price, the vehicle and the chauffeur’s phone number. Nothing has to be paid in advance; you settle in the car by cash or card, or by invoice if you book for a company.
On the day of arrival
We watch your flight
We track the flight number live. An early landing or a two-hour delay simply moves the pickup time, at no extra cost.
After customs
Walk out into the arrivals hall. Your chauffeur is standing at the meeting point with a sign showing your name.
To the car
The driver takes your luggage and walks you to the car park a few steps away. Parking is included in the price.
Arrival 1 or Arrival 2?
Flights from the Schengen area and most intercontinental flights arrive at one of two halls. Arrival 1 serves gates A and B, Arrival 2 serves gates D and E. Both open onto the same public level with the railway station below, and the walk between them takes about two minutes. You do not have to decide anything: we check the arrival hall for your flight on the day and the chauffeur is there before you clear customs.
Delays, missed connections and lost luggage
If your flight is delayed, do nothing – we see it. If you are rebooked onto another flight, send us the new number by WhatsApp and we move the pickup. If your suitcase does not arrive and you have to file a report at the baggage desk, call the driver; the first hour is free anyway and we will wait as long as you need, charging only for the additional time.
Travelling with children, skis or a lot of luggage
Child seats and booster seats are free of charge; tell us the ages when you book. For skis, snowboards, golf bags or more than four suitcases we send a Mercedes V-Class van, which takes 6 passengers plus skis and suitcases. Larger groups are no problem either – we simply send more than one vehicle and they arrive together.

Group transfers and the large taxi van
From four passengers on, a sedan gets tight and two taxis cost twice as much. For groups we send the Mercedes V-Class: six seats and a separate luggage area for suitcases, ski bags, a pushchair or golf bags. The van costs exactly CHF 10 more than the sedan on every route – for the whole vehicle, not per person. At Zurich Airport that is the difference between everyone travelling together and hunting for two cars at the taxi rank.

Frequently asked questions
Which arrivals hall should I walk to?
Follow the signs for baggage reclaim and customs; the exit leads either into Arrival 1 or Arrival 2. Both halls are on the same level and two minutes apart. Tell us your flight number and we know in advance which one you will use.
How long do you wait after landing?
Sixty minutes from touchdown, free of charge. That is usually more than enough for passport control and baggage. If you are held up longer, call or message the driver and we agree on the extra time.
What if I cannot find the driver?
Call +41 79 748 07 86 – the same number on WhatsApp. The chauffeur stands in front of the meeting point with a sign showing your name, and can walk to you if you tell us where you are.
Can I book from abroad before my trip?
Yes. Most of our international guests book by WhatsApp or e-mail before they travel. Send us your flight number, arrival time, destination and number of passengers, and we confirm the fixed price in writing. We reply in English and German.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight number live and adjust the pickup time to the actual landing. You get 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing, and there is no charge for delays.
Where do I meet the driver at Zurich Airport?
In the arrivals hall after customs. Your chauffeur holds a sign with your name, helps with your luggage and takes you to the car.
How do I pay?
In cash, by credit card, or by invoice for companies. The price is fixed in advance and does not change on the way.
