How the ride to the airport works
1. Book the day before
Flight time, address, passengers and luggage by phone or WhatsApp. We confirm the pickup time and fixed price in writing.
2. Pickup at your door
Your chauffeur arrives on time, loads the luggage and messages you on arrival.
3. Straight to Departures
We stop at Check-in 1 or 2 – you step out and walk straight to the desk.
Early flights and night rides
The first flights from Zurich leave shortly after 6 am, when hardly any trains run yet. We pick you up at any hour – a ride at 3 am costs the same as in the afternoon. For hotel guests we wait in front of the hotel entrance and help with the luggage.
There and back at a fixed price
Book your return at the same time: we track your flight, wait with a name sign in the arrivals hall and take you back to your hotel or home. See taxi from Zurich Airport.

Group transfers and the large taxi van
From four passengers on, a sedan gets tight and two taxis cost twice as much. For groups we send the Mercedes V-Class: six seats and a separate luggage area for suitcases, ski bags, a pushchair or golf bags. The van has its own fixed price for the whole vehicle, not per person. At Zurich Airport that is the difference between everyone travelling together and hunting for two cars at the taxi rank.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a taxi to Zurich Airport?
Rides of up to 15 km and from Zurich city start at CHF 80, from Winterthur CHF 110. The price is per vehicle and includes luggage and night or holiday surcharges.
Do you drive very early in the morning?
Yes, around the clock, including 3 or 4 am, with no night surcharge. Please book early-morning rides no later than the day before.
Where does the taxi stop at Zurich Airport?
Right outside the departures hall at Check-in 1 or Check-in 2, depending on your airline.
When should I be picked up?
Add the driving time from the table to the time your airline recommends before departure – usually about 2 hours in Europe, more for long-haul. We suggest a pickup time when you book.
Can I book from abroad before my trip?
Yes. Most of our international guests book by WhatsApp or e-mail before they travel. Send us your flight number, arrival time, destination and number of passengers, and we confirm the fixed price in writing. We reply in English and German.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight number live and adjust the pickup time to the actual landing. You get 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing, and there is no charge for delays.
Where do I meet the driver at Zurich Airport?
In the arrivals hall after customs. Your chauffeur holds a sign with your name, helps with your luggage and takes you to the car.
How do I pay?
In cash, by credit card, or by invoice for companies. The price is fixed in advance and does not change on the way.
