For Fashion Week, the trade fair in Rho or meetings in the city centre, we drive you directly from Zurich Airport to Milan. On request we stop at Lake Como or take you to Malpensa Airport.

How your airport pickup works
1. Book before you fly
Send us your flight number, arrival time, destination and number of passengers by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. You receive a written confirmation with the fixed price.
2. We track your flight
If your flight lands early or late, we adjust the pickup time automatically. You never pay extra for a delay.
3. Meet & greet
After customs, your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign, helps with your luggage and walks you to the car.
Getting to Milan
The route follows the A2 through the Gotthard road tunnel, Lugano and Chiasso to Milan. Please carry a valid passport or ID card for the border.
What is included in the fixed price

Group transfers and the large taxi van
From four passengers on, a sedan gets tight and two taxis cost twice as much. For groups we send the Mercedes V-Class: six seats and a separate luggage area for suitcases, ski bags, a pushchair or golf bags. The van has its own fixed price for the whole vehicle, not per person. At Zurich Airport that is the difference between everyone travelling together and hunting for two cars at the taxi rank.

How much is a taxi from Zurich Airport to Milan?
CHF 950 in a sedan for up to 3 passengers (van for up to 6: CHF 960). This is a fixed price including luggage, night and holiday rides. The return trip to the airport costs the same.
How long is the drive from Zurich Airport to Milan?
About 195 minutes, depending on traffic. The route follows the A2 through the Gotthard road tunnel, Lugano and Chiasso to Milan.
Can I book from abroad before my trip?
Yes. Most of our international guests book by WhatsApp or e-mail before they travel. Send us your flight number, arrival time, destination and number of passengers, and we confirm the fixed price in writing. We reply in English and German.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight number live and adjust the pickup time to the actual landing. You get 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing, and there is no charge for delays.
Where do I meet the driver at Zurich Airport?
In the arrivals hall after customs. Your chauffeur holds a sign with your name, helps with your luggage and takes you to the car.
How do I pay?
In cash, by credit card, or by invoice for companies. The price is fixed in advance and does not change on the way.
