After a private flight every minute counts. Your chauffeur is in place before you land, knows the name on the passenger list and takes care of the luggage. No taxi rank, no searching for the driver, no waiting in a car park.

Discretion
Who flies when and with whom stays with us. Our chauffeurs do not talk about passengers or destinations, and bookings can be made under a company name instead of your own.
On to the Alps or abroad
Many private flights end in Zurich while the journey does not. We drive straight to St. Moritz, Davos, Gstaad or Basel and across the border to Germany, Austria, Italy and France. See the long-distance transfers from Zurich Airport for the most common destinations.
Group transfers and the large taxi van
From four passengers on, a sedan gets tight and two taxis cost twice as much. For groups we send the Mercedes V-Class: six seats and a separate luggage area for suitcases, ski bags, a pushchair or golf bags. The van costs exactly CHF 10 more than the sedan on every route – for the whole vehicle, not per person. At Zurich Airport that is the difference between everyone travelling together and hunting for two cars at the taxi rank.

Frequently asked questions
Where do you meet private flight passengers?
At the business aviation (General Aviation) terminal at Zurich Airport or wherever your handling agent specifies. Give us the name of the handling agent when you book and we arrange the meeting point directly.
What if the landing time changes?
Private flights often do not appear on public arrival boards, so tell us the planned landing time and a contact on board or at the handling agent. We adjust the pickup; one hour of waiting is included in the fixed price.
Which vehicles are available?
The Mercedes S-Class for up to three passengers and the Mercedes V-Class for up to six with plenty of luggage. Larger parties travel in several vehicles together.
How much does it cost?
Our published fixed prices from Zurich Airport apply, for example Zurich city from CHF 80 and Winterthur from CHF 110. For the Alps or destinations abroad you receive a written fixed price in advance.
Can we be invoiced as a company?
Yes. Companies, operators and handling agents can open a corporate account with a monthly invoice.
Can I book from abroad before my trip?
Yes. Most of our international guests book by WhatsApp or e-mail before they travel. Send us your flight number, arrival time, destination and number of passengers, and we confirm the fixed price in writing. We reply in English and German.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight number live and adjust the pickup time to the actual landing. You get 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing, and there is no charge for delays.
Where do I meet the driver at Zurich Airport?
In the arrivals hall after customs. Your chauffeur holds a sign with your name, helps with your luggage and takes you to the car.
How do I pay?
In cash, by credit card, or by invoice for companies. The price is fixed in advance and does not change on the way.
