How your airport pickup works
1. Book before you fly
Send us your flight number, arrival time, destination and number of passengers by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. You receive a written confirmation with the fixed price.
2. We track your flight
If your flight lands early or late, we adjust the pickup time automatically. You never pay extra for a delay.
3. Meet & greet
After customs, your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign, helps with your luggage and walks you to the car.
A region full of international companies
Wollerau, Freienbach and Pfäffikon SZ are home to many international companies, funds and family offices, and we drive their guests every week. For regular passengers we set up a monthly invoice, and for a board meeting or a company event we can provide several vehicles at the same time.
Ski and lake holidays without changing trains
From the March the mountains of Schwyz, the Hoch-Ybrig and the Flumserberg are close by. Guests flying into Zurich for a week in the snow reach their hotel in one ride, with skis and suitcases in the car instead of on a station platform. Tell us about bulky luggage when you book and we send a van.

Group transfers and the large taxi van
From four passengers on, a sedan gets tight and two taxis cost twice as much. For groups we send the Mercedes V-Class: six seats and a separate luggage area for suitcases, ski bags, a pushchair or golf bags. The van costs exactly CHF 10 more than the sedan on every route – for the whole vehicle, not per person. At Zurich Airport that is the difference between everyone travelling together and hunting for two cars at the taxi rank.

Frequently asked questions
How much is a transfer from Zurich Airport to Pfäffikon SZ or Wollerau?
Hurden, Pfäffikon and Freienbach cost CHF 190 in a sedan and CHF 200 in a van. Wollerau and Bäch cost CHF 170, Lachen and Altendorf CHF 230. The price is fixed before the ride.
Can you collect several colleagues arriving on different flights?
Yes. We can either wait until the group is complete – the first 60 minutes after landing are free – or send a second vehicle. Just tell us the flight numbers when you book.
Can I book from abroad before my trip?
Yes. Most of our international guests book by WhatsApp or e-mail before they travel. Send us your flight number, arrival time, destination and number of passengers, and we confirm the fixed price in writing. We reply in English and German.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight number live and adjust the pickup time to the actual landing. You get 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing, and there is no charge for delays.
Where do I meet the driver at Zurich Airport?
In the arrivals hall after customs. Your chauffeur holds a sign with your name, helps with your luggage and takes you to the car.
How do I pay?
In cash, by credit card, or by invoice for companies. The price is fixed in advance and does not change on the way.
