How your airport pickup works
1. Book before you fly
Send us your flight number, arrival time, destination and number of passengers by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. You receive a written confirmation with the fixed price.
2. We track your flight
If your flight lands early or late, we adjust the pickup time automatically. You never pay extra for a delay.
3. Meet & greet
After customs, your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign, helps with your luggage and walks you to the car.
Fifteen to thirty minutes from the terminal
Bülach is about 15 minutes from the airport, Dielsdorf around 20, Schlieren roughly 25 and the villages on the left shore of Lake Zurich about 30. That makes these transfers ideal for an early flight: you leave home half an hour before check-in opens instead of catching the first train.
Schaffhausen and the Rhine Falls
Schaffhausen, 45 minutes north of the airport, is the gateway to the Rhine Falls, the largest waterfall in Europe. Many guests book a transfer straight from arrivals to their hotel in Schaffhausen or Neuhausen, and a return ride a few days later. We are also happy to wait while you visit the falls and then drive you on to Zurich.

Group transfers and the large taxi van
From four passengers on, a sedan gets tight and two taxis cost twice as much. For groups we send the Mercedes V-Class: six seats and a separate luggage area for suitcases, ski bags, a pushchair or golf bags. The van costs exactly CHF 10 more than the sedan on every route – for the whole vehicle, not per person. At Zurich Airport that is the difference between everyone travelling together and hunting for two cars at the taxi rank.

What is the cheapest transfer from Zurich Airport?
Bülach at CHF 80 is the lowest fixed price in our list, followed by Schlieren and Dielsdorf at CHF 90. Rides of up to 15 km, which include Zurich city centre, start at CHF 80.
Do you offer vans for these towns?
Yes. Vans for up to 6 passengers are available for every town listed here and always cost CHF 10 more than the sedan; tell us the number of passengers when you book and we confirm the price for the larger vehicle.
Can I book from abroad before my trip?
Yes. Most of our international guests book by WhatsApp or e-mail before they travel. Send us your flight number, arrival time, destination and number of passengers, and we confirm the fixed price in writing. We reply in English and German.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight number live and adjust the pickup time to the actual landing. You get 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing, and there is no charge for delays.
Where do I meet the driver at Zurich Airport?
In the arrivals hall after customs. Your chauffeur holds a sign with your name, helps with your luggage and takes you to the car.
How do I pay?
In cash, by credit card, or by invoice for companies. The price is fixed in advance and does not change on the way.
