How your airport pickup works
1. Book before you fly
Send us your flight number, arrival time, destination and number of passengers by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. You receive a written confirmation with the fixed price.
2. We track your flight
If your flight lands early or late, we adjust the pickup time automatically. You never pay extra for a delay.
3. Meet & greet
After customs, your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign, helps with your luggage and walks you to the car.
Rapperswil, the rose town on the lake
Rapperswil-Jona with its castle, the wooden bridge to Hurden and the lakeside promenade is a favourite day trip for visitors who fly into Zurich. The drive from the airport takes about 45 minutes; we can also collect you from a hotel in Rapperswil for a sightseeing tour or take you on to Einsiedeln monastery.
Early flights and late landings
Uster, Volketswil and Wetzikon are 30 to 40 minutes from the terminal, so an early departure does not have to start in the middle of the night. For arrivals we watch the flight live and wait 60 minutes free of charge after landing – useful when the last train of the evening has already gone and a family with suitcases is standing in the arrivals hall.

Group transfers and the large taxi van
From four passengers on, a sedan gets tight and two taxis cost twice as much. For groups we send the Mercedes V-Class: six seats and a separate luggage area for suitcases, ski bags, a pushchair or golf bags. The van costs exactly CHF 10 more than the sedan on every route – for the whole vehicle, not per person. At Zurich Airport that is the difference between everyone travelling together and hunting for two cars at the taxi rank.

How much is a taxi from Zurich Airport to Uster or Wetzikon?
Uster costs CHF 90, Volketswil CHF 80, Wetzikon and Pfäffikon ZH CHF 110 and Rapperswil CHF 210. Vans for up to 6 passengers are available for a small supplement.
Do you drive to the Oberland at night?
Yes, we drive 24 hours a day at the same fixed price. For a flight leaving at six in the morning we normally pick you up at around four, and we confirm the exact time with you the day before.
Can I book from abroad before my trip?
Yes. Most of our international guests book by WhatsApp or e-mail before they travel. Send us your flight number, arrival time, destination and number of passengers, and we confirm the fixed price in writing. We reply in English and German.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight number live and adjust the pickup time to the actual landing. You get 60 minutes of free waiting time after landing, and there is no charge for delays.
Where do I meet the driver at Zurich Airport?
In the arrivals hall after customs. Your chauffeur holds a sign with your name, helps with your luggage and takes you to the car.
How do I pay?
In cash, by credit card, or by invoice for companies. The price is fixed in advance and does not change on the way.
